I really like tower defense and if I keep the blight-ravaged maps simple everything is alright with ring anoints (even with semi bad tower placement). But I want to Juice blighted maps. I farmed around 15 div that i have to start with. If I have semi optimal tower placement in the beginning i cant make it. Chilling tower can only attach to fixed amount of enemies and iirc it doesn't change targets until they walk outside of the tower's range or die.

Otherwise you'd end up with 3 annoints. If you enjoy blight so much, why do you find this ring to be mandatory? Unless your other ring is mega expensive (generally a mirror-tier ring), this ring isn't even that good. And if your other ring IS mega-expensive, not sure why you can't afford to gear your character enough to render the annoint trivial.

I use empowering tower range and empowering tower effect and I can at least confirm the range one is working. my empowering tower range is definetly working since the AoE of them is now huge so maybe it depends on the annointment itself.
