I used a Dex/Faith build in DS3 to role play as a Paladin and really enjoyed using the baby Estoc with lighting buffs.what i've done twice now is make an entirely magic/faith build, 40 int and faith, you'll be able to heal yourself and also use second chance in case anything actually gets close to you.
