Is atandt fiber in my neighborhood - I did find out that I could get a business line by signing up to pay $30k (split over monthly payments) for 2 years of gigabit fiber. This would just get the fiber to the front of our house. I would have to pay the additional $5k to run a pipe + other work to get fiber from the street into the house.

There is no city in the US where ATT fiber is available to every resident/address. Maps are irrelevant. Example: ATT offers fiber along the road in front of my neighborhood but not on my street.
